From GameWatcher: "After months and months of pre-release marketing, Ubisoft's MMO racer The Crew seemed to disappear from the spotlight fairly quickly after its December launch last year. Rather than continue with the game's frankly tedious story elements (no more Shiv? How can I possibly go on?), with first major expansion Wild Run, developer Ivory Tower has decided to double down on the open world fun that has kept its players around these last few months, adding new competitions, challenges and vehicles, and a number of entirely new racing disciplines in the process.".
The Outerhaven writes: With the closure of The Crew's online servers, Ubisoft has started removing access to the game from anyone who owns it on Ubisoft Connect.
I'm so done with Ubisoft, removing games one paid for is a new low...
Bye Ubisoft,
You've done f#c*ed it up !
I see they're trying their best to surpass Activision Blizzard for being the most hated gaming company. Keep at it, Ubisoft, I believe!
The series' next iteration is coming this year.
Now that we have great availability for GeForce GTX GPUs across retailers and at prices gamers can afford, there’s never been a better time to become a GeForce Gamer and ‘Join the Crew’.
I got the game with my gtx 970 for free.. i enjoyed it a lot for what it was....dropping a few bucks on this expension will be worth it and a good reason to come back in the game! Its for sure not a perfect game....but theres one thing it does right....its fun!
