Blizzard announced yesterday the prices for StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty in Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
The subscription model is only for countries where $60US would be too high of a price for the majority of people to buy, so blizzard is selling the game for much cheaper at retail but making up for it over time via subscription fees.
60.00 USD = 772.679 MXN (The suggested retail price will be $299 MXN)
