Candyland has released a new video comparing the Original version of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, with the new Redux version. The Original was using the Unreal Engine 3, while the new Redux version was completely redone with the Unreal Engine 4, for the purpose of porting the game to the current-gen consoles. Needless to say that The Vanishing of Ethan Carter was both an excellent adventure, and a visually gorgeous title, which made use of photogrammetry technology to create an incredibly beautiful and realistic looking world. The same technique is used in DICE’s upcoming Star Wars Battlefront.
Clara from GL writes: At long last, the leaves are starting to turn brown, the temperature is starting to cool, the boots are starting to come out of storage, and the pumpkin spice lattes are in everyone’s hands. Fall is here and it’s not a moment too soon.
