Polygon never fails, they always take the average score for a playstation exclusive and give it a lower than average review score.

Someone needs to do a study of Polygon reviews of PS4 exclusive games.

I guarantee that Polygon scores PS exclusives lower than Metacritic, probably by 1.5-2 points out of ten.

Their Last of Us review will never be forgotten by gamers. It was one of the worst reviews I have read in my life out of many thousands of them over the past 25 years.

Everything I've seen from this game makes me think it will be fun, offer replayability, has nice graphics, and is probably for most people in the 8-8.5 range.

I will wait to get it used personally, but I bet the plot is as good or better than most horror movies.

Expected this from Polygon. Highest so far is an 8/10 from Gamespot. Already bought it anyway regardless. I like horror and these kind of choice based games.

This site is too much, there are at least 4 great reviews on this site alone yet 2 of the worst ones get all the attention.

U know Until Dawn is 8/10 on metacritic, it's a 79 atm even with metacritic's bs scale.

It has articles that scored it 9.8/10, 9/10, 9/10, 8/10 on this site alone. It's an excellent game despite the propaganda.

Of the 45 reviews submitted with scores so far, only five are less than a 7.0. Only six of the remaining 40 scores are less than an 8. 34 out of 45 are an 8 or better, Chuck. Greater than 75% of the reviews say this is a very good game.

True, people (including myself) tend to focus on the negative. After being burned on games like watchdogs I don't think I'll ever buy another game at launch (okay maybe fallout 4).

A clue as to why it's so harsh on a PS4 game?

Although they did give Ryse only 6/10- but they gave The Order 1886 0.5 less than that.

Yup because that is all they type of AAA games that Sony make.. Oh wait a minute , Sony has to make a AAA game in the 1st place right?

Its funny how this narrative continued even from last cycle..Sony does not have good games to indie station to playstation has no "games" what's funny and quite ironic even without so called "Games" by those that consider the majority of PlayStation games indie or not exclusive or just a poor port or not really AAA.

The most ironic thing is
A) is selling the most systems world wide right now among the big three
B) has the largest attach rate on software between the big three.

AAA or no AAA big franchise or no Big franchise. Sony must be doing something right because with all the negatives being it seems to be applied toward Sony's PS4 software wise, the PS4 Software attachment rate is way above what a non AAA, just an indie console library console would be having.

Claiming a system by many gamers on this and other game forums saying that system is just selling on hype alone..after d@mn near two straight years with that price point, and with many saying or implying

If that was the case, there would be very little chance if any for that to be even slightly true, not at that price point and not at those negatives you are implying.

Its pretty simple..your opinion does not = the majority, because if it did, the playstation 4 , hell the only playstation that what you say that could apply too would really be the playstation Vita, but even than it was not pulled from retail chain yet, so it still must be viable since even the PSPGo did not last even 3years until it was pulled from retail and already PSVita is past that mark.
