Cabela’s African Adventures is a hunting game based in Africa that allows you to shoot majestic animals in their natural habitat. After looking at the trailer, it doesn’t really look like the game was going to do all that well to begin with. Considering the current public opinion of killing endangered animals, this game is likely to bomb pretty damn hard.
Rich at GameSpew writes: "Whether it’s because of terrible controls, boring gameplay or even just downright ugly graphics, a bad game is a bad game. Unfortunately, I’ve been subjected to quite a few over the last couple of years on the PS4, and so I thought I’d point out the worst of the worst; my top 10 worst games on PS4 in fact.
Hopefully you’ll heed my words and stay away from this ragtag bunch of putrid excuses for video games. I’ve played them so you don’t have to!"
Neil writes "Depending on your point of view, you’ll either be positively looking forward to visiting the vast wilderness of Africa, or completely opposed to it."
Ken McKown writes: The generation can truly begin; there is a Cabela game on these new consoles. Granted it is an old Cabela game, but now that I can finally hunt down packs of hyenas and large game such as elephants and rhinos, I can officially say that the next generation of gaming is here. OK, so I want to turn off the sarcasm filter for a moment. Cabela games are often scoffed at by purist gamers, but their purpose is much more important. These truly are the games that usher in new players. There is a reason they release so many of these titles, and now that they are finally coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, which means the genre can finally move forward…or maybe not.
Waiting for a big game hunter, wasn't happy with African adventures last gen won't pick it up now .
Simply disgusting game. Hunting rare animals for fun, despicable game. And no, it's not the same in Far Cry or Red Dead Redemption
it's bad when i get a much more fun and realistic experience when I play Cabela's deer hunt 2005 season for ps2.(or any of the old Cabela's games for that matter).
