PSInsider author writes: When I began playing Red Goddess: Inner World I thought to myself, awesome another platforming game! Then I got further in and thought to myself, oh this is just another platforming game. Red Goddess: Inner World has a mix of highs and lows as most games do, but does the good outweigh the bad?

I love me some Metroidvania.
Out of the games listed, I've only played Shantae and Teslagrad. Red Goddess looks very cool. I think I will give that one a go.
Suzanne Verras writes: "Man! This game is a challenge! I thought to myself after another death in Red Goddes: Inner World, but I kept on trying. I failed, took some breaks, failed again. But still I wanted to play more to see what the game had to offer. Well, I’m glad I didn’t give up."
Claire at GameSpew writes: "Red Goddess: Inner World is a very pretty action adventure platformer in which you travel through a world created by the protagonist’s psyche. You play as Divine, a girl who has lost her memories. Throughout the game, you rediscover those memories and uncover the truth about why she has forgotten them. This sounds like it would be a great premise… if the gameplay and protagonist were actually interesting, that is."
