Capcom Vancouver is on a hiring rampage! The studio is best known for its work on the Dead Rising franchise. Could this be the beginnings of Dead Rising 4?
Daily Video Game writes: "Today, Xbox Store has just kicked off three new digital game sales for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One gamers that offer steep discounts on Achievement Hunter and action RPG games, as well as games for those with a $20 budget."
Over the last week, Jake has been going back to the Dead Rising 2 Off The Record remaster and has been an absolute blast. When he was 15 he first got his Xbox 360 and Dead Rising with it, it was unlike any other experience. It made him wonder though, what happened to the Dead Rising series.
Interesting timing. This retrospective was released just a few days ago: https://youtu.be/Et-cKSrWuc...
They took away the depth and charm of the game that made it fun and interesting, and made it into a generic zombie killing game.
This was the series the got me to buy an Xbox 360. The first one was so good. It still had horror elements. As it went on it became kind of a parody. Never forget getting Zombie Genecider achievement and then restarting the game to get the Mega Buster. That thing was monstrous against enemies.
The Humble Capcom Mega Bundle is out now. It features Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, Resident Evil HD, Dead Rising 4, Mega Man Legacy Collection 1, and more.
Unless it's The Bigs 3, this has to be a sign Dead Rising is getting a 4th game.
Dead Rising 4 multiplatform this time please.
I just want a Dino Crisis remake...
I hope so really enjoyed DR3, one of my favorites this entire generation and it was a launch title.
They killed me this franchise. I had Dead Rising on the launch 360 and loved it. Bought Dead Rising 2 on PS3 to play with friends, bought Dead Rising 2 off the record because I'm an idiot, and then I just wasn't an owner of the right system to play Dead Rising 3...and it looks so damn fun. Please go back to multi-platform.
