Civil Savages announced today the launch of Dispatcher on Steam Early Access. Dispatcher is described as a survival horror with RPG elements for PC based on Unreal Engine 4.
Dispatcher is not a very good game. And yet, it’s a got a “very positive” review average on Steam. What’s going on?

I remember when games like Slenderman and SCP Containment Breach were so popular on YouTube that it felt like everybody and their mothers were doing Let’s Play’s with facecams and faking reactions. CivilSavages’ Dispatcher feels like a game that’s designed for that market, and while still in Early Access, does feel fairly solid and unnerving to play."
Dispatcher is a first-person, atmospheric horror game with RPG elements published/developed by CivilSavages (Studios). Unfortunately there are few details regarding CivilSavages, they are however a new company based in Russia and as such this is their first ever title.
