Pixel Dynamo takes a short but sweet visit to the city of Brimstone in Gatling Goat Studios' puzzle/plaformer Traverser.
A review of the steampunk 3D puzzle platformer Traverser on PC.
How much does the steampunk actually play into it or is it mainly just the gravity gun?
Would be nice to have a bit more of an idea of the story/plot but the concept seems interesting and I'm definatly intrigued by the game.
MonsterVine: "There are some games out there that begin with an interesting premise and do something great with it. Other games try to sell themselves on an interesting premise but do absolutely nothing with it and are practically indistinguishable from every other game that falls into this category. Despite a decent setup, Traverser is unfortunately one of those games that fall in the latter."
Justin Celani writes: A world destroyed, a new life underground. This is what happens when the sun dies and people resort to living under ground in a city named Brimestone. This also sets up the premise for Traverser, and players control Valerie as she explores this new world that literally can be flipped upside down.
