Porto confirm Jackson Martinez will join Atletico Madrid

Porto have confirmed Atletico Madrid have agreed to pay Jackson Martinez's €35 million release clause.

The player's agent revealed last week that the 28-year-old would move to the Vicente Calderon after rejecting the chance to join AC Milan.
