Afro Samurai is back to dish out some stone cold justice, and DualShockers took some time for a hands-on demo with Afro Samurai 2 for a preview at E3 2015.

New Afro Samurai 2 gameplay footage and details revealed in developer interview, including news that each episode will feature a different soundtrack.

It sounded like something that would work well, but in the end this 2009 release was basically glossed over by everyone but diehard fans. Even then, most recognized that it wasn’t nearly as good as it should have been given the source material. It’s been a long time but now Redacted Studios is taking on a sequel with Afro Samurai 2: Revenge of Kuma. And yes, it does actually follow after the events of the first game, though you won’t be required to remember back (or have played it at all) to dive right in."
