"One thing that slipped most peoples notice during the rush of emotions was the Parasite Eve easter egg within the trailer, if you watch the trailer and look out at the billboards in the background you will come across this..."

Nearly 27 years after the original game's release, Final Fantasy 7 superfan Jamie Colliver has finished his magnum opus: A shot-for-shot remake of the original PlayStation 1 game, created entirely via LittleBigPlanet 2. Parasite Eve Remake incoming? Yes please.
After finish PE1 over 10 times and PE2 over 100 times, i still cant get enough of those two beauties.
Shamefully The Third Birthday sucked in every single way. It was a good TPS but it was not a Parasite Eve.
This is a awesome easter egg, I love finding things like this in trailers, it is wonderful!
Before they showed the inner city part and when the music began to change, I honestly thought the trailer was going to be a reboot/sequel to Parasite Eve, instead of FF7 RE. I wouldn't have mind either way!
Wasn't it not so long ago there was a insider saying a new game was being made that started with a "P". Maybe we are getting a new parasite eve!!
No...no way...ain't no way Parasite Eve is getting a remake as well. It'd be like someone at Square just decided to start pulling letters out of the suggestion box, sticking them up on the wall, then began throwing darts at them in the office while blindfolded and whatever gets hit they just decide to roll with it.
If only Capcom applied this strategy we might actually start getting everything we want out of them too.
Parasite Eve was so good back in the day, and I can actually see that game being recreated with current technology. City would look beautiful, game play would likely be pretty solid too even if it played like a updated version of 3rd Birthday it would still be enjoyable.
Aya was an OG lol. Keeping my fingers crossed that this might happen.
