A review of the Xbox One exclusive Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 which puts the almost underused Kinect to good use for a change.
Neil writes "The arrival of the new generation of video gaming gave gamers around the world the chance to take in some outstanding gameplay, stunning visuals, hard beats and emotional stories. Basically, the arrival of new gen has managed to scratch even the most hard to reach of itches.
Now though, it has brought us Fruit Ninja Kinect 2. Great...because I think we all know what to expect from a Fruit Ninja game. Don't we?"
Slice and Dice your way through those pesky fruits as Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 offers plenty with the latest Kinect title, the game is ideal to introduce kids into gaming but provides a fun family game that everyone can enjoy.
$14.99 to watch your 4 year old try as hard has he can to chop fruit. The overwhelming look of stress. Worth every penny.

Developed by Australian developers Halfbrick Studios, that highly addictive and at times shallow game which required players to slice fruit being thrown at them has now arrived on the XBox One that uses the Kinect 2 gaming system.
Seems like such an awesome idea to mix Fruit Ninja and motion controls, but the controls just aren't precise enough for this game.
I wish they were, when it works it is fun but it doesn't work often enough to just make it frustrating.
I remember the original Fruit Ninja as the best reason to play with a Kinect back in the day. It was kinda fun. A shame the very best Kinect games can only do a single thing right and not anything that feels like a full game.
I really like this game. Easily worth $15. Such a shame Microsoft forced people to buy the new Kinect and then didn't support it. I really want another Kinect Adventures and another good Kinect Sports.
