Why is there outrage over Rockstar ‘lying’ about GTA V’s PC version?

MWEB GameZone: "Grand Theft Auto V’s (GTAV) appearance on the PC is imminent and according to Rockstar it will be the definitive edition of the game. Good news, Right? You would think so, yet there are a few people that seem awful put out by it’s arrival because Rockstar didn’t tell them it was coming with enough notice."
