GameVortex @ E3: Rock Band 2 Tracklist is Epic

During Microsoft’s Media Briefing on Monday, Harmonix CEO Alex Rigopulos showed off the official track list for Rock Band 2. The list includes over 80 songs that will ship on the disc, plus an extra 20 that will be available for download later this year, bringing the list to over 100. All of the songs are master recordings (meaning all are by the original artists) and include a diverse selection of music as well as a few surprises.

Among other artists providing tracks for the game, Guns N’ Roses will release their first single, "Shackler’s Revenge" off their long-awaited (as in Duke Nukem Forever long-awaited) album, Chinese Democracy. The game will also host Bob Dylan’s "Tangled Up in Blue", the first Bob Dylan song to appear in a game. Rock Band 2 will also feature AC/DC’s "Let There Be Rock".
