More often than not, indie games are pretenders and mere imitations of the timeless classics of yesteryear. Why would anyone want to play a new indie game that’s like Zelda when they could just play Zelda? I just wish they went to Kickstarter and not IndieGogo. KS has such a larger userbase.

I believe they mentioned not being able to. If memory serves, they are based in Germany, and KS is not open to them. On the plus side, IG has allowed them to extend the funding date by 30 days, and they are at the half way point.
