Look I get that this is an opinion piece, but seriously though, this is what is to be expected. New hardware comes out, devs learn how to do more with what they have, and the older gen gets left behind because of its limitations.

And then the cycle starts again.

It's still mainly like last gen with a few minor improvements. We may have changed to current gen, but it's all just wording currently.

Yeah it's definitely time, last gen consoles have only hindered current gen game development. I'm thankful for the great games of last gen, both the PS3 and 360 were pretty awesome, but it's time to focus on today's tech.

It's the same with them moaning about shovelware when anyone who's played games for more than ten years know it takes 2-3 years of a new console before the quality games start to come out

This Gen is boring so far.I still haven't played that 1 masterpeace, 1 game that justifies the purchases of these 2 consoles. There has been a few gd games but nothing ground breaking like Uncharted 2 was when that came out.

Now that Onechanbara Z2 is getting a North American release date, I can consider buying a PS4 and join the 8th Generation.
