FFD: What Games Would You Force on Your Worst Enemy?

People are jerks. Well, some of them are, anyway. Ok, fine…most of them are. Not the lot of you reading this, obviously. You’re all wonderful. While those of us entrenched in this hobby we love so much are general happy to make recommendations of games we love to our friends, family and acquaintances we don’t wish to see swallowed up by the earth, have you ever considered what games – or bits of games – you wish you could force upon your enemies?

I actually enjoyed Cosmic Ark, but I remember it being quite maddening at higher levels when those planetary defense lasers are firing much faster and there are more meteors to fend off. Since it's my worst enemy who has to play it, I envision a setup like in Clockwork Orange and imagine that mistakes would cause electric shocks to the player.

Ever since Heavy Rain, I've been supporting Quantic Dream. They put heart and soul into their work and create art.

That art might not be for everyone, but it's polished, well designed and engaging for those that enjoy it.

I bought Heavy Rain just to play on my brother's PS3 each weekend, travelled home from uni just to finish it. What a great experience!

Heavy Rain was a masterpiece and one of my top 3 best PS3 games.
Beyond was solid as well but not as good.
Elliot Page is nonsense 🤦🏻

JASON JASONNNN yeah that was a great game, wish there was a proper remake

This is actually my favorite Quantic Dream game. I thought the story, supernatural stuff, and cast was great and super interesting. Hopefully the show will be good.

Same here, This one i liked the most. The variety in scenery and set pieces was refreshing and the supernatural aspect was well executed.

I am a bit biased however because I love all interactive movie like games

Looking Back to 1985 and Duck Hunt

Dave writes: "Culturally, a characterful dog hasn’t been enough to put Duck Hunt in the same league as the big boys, like Zelda, Mario and Mega Man (although it does feature in the mighty Boyz in the Hood, so who am I to say?). Indeed, Super Mario Bros. would go on to ensure that the NES was seen as a timeless console and a success. But it was Duck Hunt - and the NES Zapper - that was really the starting pistol for everything that would follow afterwards."

I was playing this in VR on Dreams the other night - they'd done a great job of it and all the sounds effects were spot on!
