Sony Not Planning Wireless Morpheus

VRFocus- Many of the key figureheads in the virtual reality (VR) industry believe that mobile VR is the future of the technology. While high-spec PCs and consoles currently provide the highest quality VR experiences, a device ideally needs to be untethered in order to provide full immersion, freeing users of a wire that hooks up to their rig. Despite this, it appears that Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) has no plans for a wireless version of its own HMD, Project Morpheus, which is due to release on PlayStation 4.
