For Those Archlord fans It wont cost you to play anymore. See the offical statement from Codemasters. Codemasters Online Gaming is pleased to announce that ArchLord will be going Free To Play on January 4 2007.
After the closure of the English global server, the Korean version for Archlord will be closing on 13th February as well. Developer Webzen claims the reason as “being unable to provide players with a stable environment”.
Webzen recently announced the closure of Archlord on 1st January 2014, which was the English global server in the company’s game portal. First launching in August of 2009, the lack of new features and regular updates once again proved a game’s downfall.
Webzen will be celebrating 3rd year anniversary of Archlord. Archlord was launched worldwide since October 2009, and it has been receiving increasing recognition from a vast number of MMORPG users for its various PvP contents and the recent introduction of the new expansion 'The Dark Revelation'.
