What Will The FCC’s New Net Neutrality Plan Really Do?
The FCC has voted 3-2 to implement a significant new form of internet regulation. Under the new plan, broadband will no longer be considered an information service (Title I) it will be a telecommunications service (Title II). With this new regulation comes the ability for the FCC to exert far more control over broadband providers.
