Today on Reddit, a post titled “Lydia Cosplay” is garnering a lot of comments. The post was started by ProtologolusX, a Skyrim fan who simply pinned a picture of a Comic Con attendee mimicking our favorite Housecarl.
So is this the best Skyrim Lydia cosplay ever? Based on the comments left, the Redditors seem to think so. And who am I to argue? The cosplayer bears a striking resemblance to the in-game Lydia, and the armor and props all look legit. That said, it’s her knowing smirk that really sends the cosplay over-the-top. You can just about hear her thinking *sigh* I am sworn to carry your burdens."
That judicious lack of oversight permeated everything in Bethesda's RPGs, in a positive fashion.
I much prefer a left alone Obsidian and Larian Studios. Bethesda's formula has grown old for me.
Skyrim blew my mind when it released. That game took me to the gaming, promisedland. Going back to it when it was updated for the PS5, it felt slightly rough around the edges, but great for its time
We should leave Obsidian alone. Bethesda on the other hand should be kept under constant psychiatric observation.
