Mad Catz sells off its Tritton gaming audio line to California-based Silkysea International Ltd.
I can't find hardly anything about Silkysea International Limited other than the fact that they are based in Hong Kong and have only been around for a little over 2 years.

It is odd as it appears that they have owned the trademark for Tritton since 2010/11:

Ditch that crappy ass mic that came with your Xbox One and order up a pair of these bad boys from Mad Catz. They won't break the bank and will do the job nicely in place of some higher end headsets which might be out of range for a lot of gamers.
I still prefer my astro a40 over any other headset on the market

I loved the triton headsets I still have mine for the xbox 360 in my opinion they are the best bang for the buck and the sound quality is phenomenal. I can't compare them to Astros because I've never had the chance to but for the price tritons are a steal at there price and I've never had mine break I hear a lot of people having issues sound like user issues should take better care of your stuff
I saw these posted on gamestool's web site this morning. They don't look to bad for the price ( under $60 ),but the bad part is there still wired to the controller!
I want a set that is completely wireless like my turtle beaches Delta 500's are. I will be holding out to see whats coming out around the holidays.
I read on n4g that polk audio has a new set in the works. Lets hope they improve there mic for voice chat,cause I hear the 4shots mic sucks!
This is the one I have and I use it with my PS4, Wii U, and XB1. It will hurt your ears after a coule to a few hours but is remedied by either taking a break or pivoting the earbuds out just a bit so your ears arent mashed. I got it for only $20 on Amazon durring black friday and have been very happy with it. Good review.
