hmm to me assetto corsa is a bit more real i got it on steam so there is my proof but any way project cars is looking very very good as well if its like shift 2 then i will be playing it for a long time as well with some mods as well maybe lol
I have both and cant honestly decide which I like more. I think Assetto corsa has slightly better physics and PC has slightly better graphics. I have a clubsport shifter coming later this month so I can finally see what its like to race with a h-shifter and hopefully can get my hands on a oculus rift when ever it comes out.
So many Project Cars vs Other racing games THAT ARE OUT ALREADY. These prove nothing, because we can play the other games that are finished products, Project cars is just some pre-release PR shots. I'm sick of this Project Cars VS world marketing tactic.
Project CARS has better audio., the engine's high pitch sound is very well defined and the accompanying background audio like tire-to-tarmac rumble, chassis/bodywork vibration etc is better.
Assetto Corsa is a bit muffled and the bass sound is more pronounced but still good.
Have to add it's up to the gamer anyway to adjust sound in the option menu as to what sort of preference they like.
Assetto for sure many gamers' know is PC-only, while Project CARS has the advantage of being available on all platforms.
