Chalgyr's Game Room writes:
Zombies have become fodder, motive, or set dressing for a variety of genres in games today. There is the player interaction experience of DayZ orH1Z1, the brutal combat bloodbaths of Left 4 Dead and Call of Duty Zombies, and the story and character driven Walking Dead, and the suspenseful survival in Resident Evil. Many releases find themselves pigeonholed into one type of experience, directed by the story the designers want to tell. When a game comes along set in an open world but putting the impetus on characters and their interactions, it is a strangely refreshing experience. Dying Light is Techland’s second game looking to achieve that balance, and unrelated follow up to their Dead Island release a few years back.
It has been more than ten years since Dying Light was released, but what happened to the $386,000 'My Apocalypse Edition' of the game?
Techland is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dying Light with updates and events for both games. The new The Beast game comes out soon.
The Steam Winter Sale is now live, and here are the best Steam Deck games you can get for under $5 right now.
Did you even play it with a friend? Geez any open world game gets dull after awhile when playing alone. This game is great and even better with friends. The parkour works great once you level up your character. The weapons are what you make them, some great and some suck.
Not bored. Not one bit. Love this game. At least 8/10.
