Game developers acquire a bunch of flak for making wrecked, shoddy and misleading titles. A firm of car makers would be expecting a certain amount of reaction, if you’d plumped the money for a Lamborghini and ended up driving a mattress with a logo which attached at the front.

the fact that killzone is on that list is enough to make me completely ignore that article. The campaign of killzone may have fallen a little short but the multiplayer was one of the best I ever played and the co-op was freaking amazing. The game had little to no bugs and the devs are still pushing content to it and maintaining it to this day over a year after it's release.

I'm sick and tired of journalists crapping on this game and yet giving a broken @$$ remastered game like halo mcc a pass. Why the hell was that not on this list? Even today that game has not been fully fixed. But hey, let's follow the norm and crap on sony exclusives but lap up that microsoft money and give all their games stellar ratings right?

says who? reviewers who nitpick the game like no end and going as far as "last gen gameplay" notion?? what game has this so called "next gen gameplay since the beginning of this console cycle? WTF is "next gen gameplay" anyway? what are other games being lambasted in reviews because of "last gen gameplay" like KZSF? NONE! not even the generic, non-changing formula of BF4 and CoDG! that's just how ridiculous the hate KZSF was getting because they can't hate it any other way as it's gorgeous graphically and play smooth as butter offline and online!

I don't understand why you think GG should feel ashamed about releasing KZSF? because the campaign is not up to some people's ridiculously high expectation? believe it or not, its campaign easily was the best among the 3 FPS launching with the PS4 including BF4 and CoDG. and let's just not talk about online MP! BF4 was ridiculed with problems even after 6 months and the choppy framerate of CoDG online is ridiculous.

so, why is there no mention of BrokenField4 here? TROLL! and what about MCC being absent in the list as well? it crashes to the point of unplayable in an OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT recently! that's truly what I would call, embarrassing and 343i should feel ashamed!

Opinions on games from whatever dev or from any console is purely your opinion. The only universal issue here is games being shipped unfinished to meet an almost clean cut and awful corporate desire to get games out fast for $$$………… forgetting us the gamers and just throwing a huge patch weeks or days later. Years down the line when PlayStation 4 is dead and done, what then? No patch? No old school nostalgia for this gen in 15 years like you can Mario 64 or even ps3 games.... its pathetic really.

Everybody knows that Killzone was one of the worst games of 2013. The universal scores were very low. Don't throw the metacritic scores out there because overall Killzone was a disappointment. Y'all love to hunt down the best review scores you can find knowing that there are 10 bad scores for every good one you can find. PS4 users just accepted it but some even stubbornly defended it....denial at it's worst. No Xbox One exusives on that list.

I can see why Transformers woulf be on the list (didn't play WWE or Tetris ultimate).

Can't agree with the others. Sure Unity has issues, but if you put Unity in it BF4 needs to be in there because that one was actually unplayable for months.

The rest of the games might have been disappointing to some degree but probably nothing to be ashamed of. Watch Dogs as example Ubi needs to be ashamed of how they lied to people prior to release on how the game will look and the hype they built up for it. I don't think they need to be ashamed of the game itself.

There are far worse games out there where they should be ashamed of producing it. Such as Dungeon Keeper.

The 2 on the list that I have gripes with is Killzone:SF was eye candy but far from fun as KZ:2 &3.I enjoyed Unity except some of my gameplay was hampered by not being able to do the Initiate chests it would always say...error..try again later,later never happened as I played the game for about 5 weeks.

Actually I played the demo of Thief on PS4 and if the final version is the same than it should definitely be on the list. It ran horrible(bad frame-rate) and the gameplay sucked to me but thats just a personal opinion. Watch Dogs lagged after each mission when the stats were displayed and the multiplayer most of the time was a slideshow at 10-15fps. That was a month or two after launch so I don't know if they have fixed it yet since I haven't played it since I beat the boring short story. Killzone SF I haven't played but I doubt it is as bad as everyone makes it out to be because I loved K2 yet everyone acted like it was bad when it wasn't. Ghosts was like every COD but had a smoother less laggy experience than Advance Warfare and should not be on the list. If the game runs bad yes the developers should be ashamed at releasing it like it's a working game and advertising it like a working game when it's not.

The funny thing is this website is a 100 times worse than any game it listed. This is why I always use ad block when I use my computer but too bad the wii u doesn't have a feature like that and I got to see how horrible ads are these days. As a rule for any website owner you should never have the following things occur when it comes to ads: #1 No more than 3 ads on any page. #2 Never use ads that use flash. #3 No pop-ups ever! #4 Don't put ads in locations that interfere with the interactions with your website. These are the rules every website should follow but of course most won't which is why I use AdBlock Plus on all websites that the ads effect the speed of the website loading.
