Update: PSN Server Down

The PSN server has been down for most of December 24th, otherwise known as Christmas Eve, and they look to be down for the rest of the 25th as well. However, they left out the crucial detail of why it is down. So, why is this happening, and what is Sony trying to fix for the servers? In this article I state my opinions, which may or may not actually be correct.
