Push Square: "Framerate fluctuations render Tetris Ultimate almost unplayable, and while these issues only seem to occur when online, disconnecting tends to strip the title of much of its appeal. Assuming that it’s eventually patched, there’s a no-frills version of an all-time favourite here – but while the multiplayer is well integrated, the overall experience is far too ordinary to really recommend."

If there’s one game that everybody should know, including your parents (heck, probably even your grandparents), it’s Tetris. Ever since its first release over 30 years ago, the blocky puzzle title has had countless people hooked. Even more countless, is the number of editions and versions the curiously addictive game has seen. It’s been on just about every platform you can think of, including, believe it or not, graphing calculators, and seen some sort of attention from just about everybody walking planet earth. But hey, that’s just me generalising like a boss – let’s backtrack for a second, and assume that you’re a very, very, very rare person who has no idea what the hell Tetris is.
Patricia Hernandez:
"Yesterday, Tetris Ultimate, the latest official version of the classic puzzle game, was released on Steam for $14.99. Today, I asked for a refund."
Wow. This guy is the worst.
The updated Tetris theme is awesome. The neon colors don't hurt my eyes, nor anyone else's eyes I've played it with.
This is the best Tetris game we've had in a long time.
