If you haven't tried Amnesia The Dark Descent (the follw up, Machine for Pigs is a different dev), it's a great horror game - and there's plenty of YouTube footage of folks jumping. Outlast is in the same vein but a bit different, but that's why SOMA is a big get for Sony, the quick look they showed made it look kind of aliens-esque.

I do wish we could get this to 60FPS, would do nothing but help the terror.

How the Heck would 60fps "help the terror"? That doesn't even make sense. If you can see noticible frame-drops when watching or playing a game, then that to me is the only time that it matters what fps a game runs at. Anything 30fps+ is a smooth gameplay experience.

Yeah the 1080p comes at the cost of fps. But for a budget gaming hardware of $400 I think the results are pretty good, considering the price.

Far from being top in its class, but perfect for most budget gamers out there.

it says PS4 in the news as console exclusive, so it's coming to PC also? I might get it on my PC if it is, instead of my PS4.

You're right. There's so much fantastic looking content coming to PS4 in 2015, it's gonna be a monster year if you own one.

SOMA, Until Dawn and The Forest are my horror game fixes for next year. I suppose you can put Killing Floor 2 on there too, if that can be considered horror?

lol ps4 does have 60fps games and they have been hitting 60fps in this game but seeing its a slow game it makes no difference really, really this fps stuff is stupid I played 60fps games I see no huge difference, of course only pc fanboys care about it, their is no huge difference resolution is far more important truthfully then fps, lol pc elitists are gonna disagree but really I dont care
