X-Men 2: Wolverine's Revenge - Retro Reflections

Chalgyr's Game Room writes:

X-Men 2: Wolverine’s Revenge has almost nothing to do with the 2003 movie. The hero learns he is infected by a lethal virus and must find an antidote urgently. Well known-characters such as Colossus appear but do not participate in the action and instead are relegated to sideline roles.

Wolverine forges through areas including military bases and high security prisons, killing human guards with superior speed and razor sharp claws. He also operates consoles to open doors and activates his super senses to locate buried mines or invisible lasers. The game is easy at the first act, where a few slashes are enough to massacre soldiers who cannot even aim straight. The second act is trickier - there is a stage where you need to use stealth flawlessly and the boss, Wendigo, throws you into a cliff repeatedly until you find out how to hurt him.

The story is too old to be commented.
