Originally released back on the Wii U, NES Remix and NES Remix 2 were games that were composed of 16 and 15 NES games respectively. These NES games were divided into various excerpts that required the player to perform specific tasks – speedrunning, defeating a certain number of enemies, reaching the goal unharmed etc – and otherwise bite sized chunks of nostalgia if you will.
Fast forward to November 2014, enter Ultimate NES Remix. Ultimate NES Remix is effectively the handheld version of the same formula mentioned above."

Some funny business happened at the Nintendo World Championship Qualifiers, so we had to talk about it. Plus some thoughts on the Pre-E3 Nintendo Micro-Direct!
For the first part, 100% agree that the rules should be established fair across the board for all locations running the championships.
The micro-direct was pretty good. Chibi-Robo looked very cool and I look forward to the next Bravely Default game and Mystery Dungeon.
