Gameranx: "The not-quite next installment in the Harvest Moon saga?"
Natsume recently held a Q&A session for the winter season and the first question on the agenda was related to the possibility of Natsume DS games on the Virtual Console. While the response was hesitant to make any confirmation of impending releases, it seems that the company is in the process of figuring it out. Here was the response to the question:
"We are always interested in making Natsume's library of unique and engaging titles avaible for Virtual Console. Currently, we are looking into what we can do… No news yet, but keep watching our social media for any announcements!"
Denis Murphy writes- Though I certainly wasn't there at the beginning of the series on the SNES back in 1996, I got into the Harvest Moon series three years later with Harvest Moon 64. I loved it, and though since then I've only played Harvest Moon 3 GBC, Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life and Harvest Moon: Hero of Leaf Valley, I have a great admiration for the series. This new Harvest Moon game seems like a typical entry into the franchise on the surface, but it's technically not a real Harvest Moon game.
You may have an easier time getting Andrea or Luke to love you in Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley.
Looks like Minecraft. In a good way. Bad timing for the game, though. What with Fantasy Life coming out just a week or so ago.
