Can you make a full-scale Gundam move?

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of anime Mobile Suit Gundam, the General Incorporated Association Gundam Global Challenge is looking for ideas from the general public for how to literally make a full-scale, 18 meters tall Gundam move.
