NBA 2K15 PC How to Fix Lag and Game Stuttering

I just want to share with you guys this fix I found for NBA 2K15 PC since it worked for me. This guide shows/tells you how to fix the stuttering problem that occurs at either random intervals during gameplay or consistent ones. I will only be providing a walkthrough of the Nvidia directions, because that's the graphics card type that I own myself and it's the only assured fix I can give.

Will probably get this on consoles anyway. Sports games I don't like to keep forever as I tend to trade them in year to year.

Wonder how long it will take the developers to fix all the lag and other problems with the ps4 version? Really sucks you can't fix them yourself like PC users can. Back to playing some 1440p 60 fps Aliens and Evil Within. You may know what that's like in 7 or so years when they release the ps5. Well if Sony is still around then that is.......

PS I'd add a /s at the end but not only is it one of the most overly used tired jokes on the internet, I also didn't say anything that wasn't true.

Are those pictures supposed to prove something to me? Only thing they prove is that uploading pictures to an image host is idiot proof. I can upload a picture of Obama to my account, but that doesn't make me the president.
