Granted, the Early Access alpha version only hit Steam a few weeks ago, but this is a game that’s been in development for the last four years – and it most definitely shows. Simply put, it’s a hardcore, medieval sandbox MMORPG that provides an unprecedented level of detail and realism in its gameplay. In fact, there really doesn’t seem to be much that you can’t do within the confines of your medieval universe. But aiming for such a level of realism is something of a two-sided sword: one that could determine whether Life is Feudal ends up as one of the most immersive games in recent memory, or, under the weight of its intricacy, sinks into the underworld of festering alternate-life-simulators, never to be heard from again."
