The Sherlock Holmes games have come a long way since they first appeared on PC in 2002 with The Mystery of the Mummy. The series took a major step forward when it left its traditional point-and-click style it was known for in place of a more modern 3D perspective when it released The Testament of Sherlock Holmes in 2009. Crimes & Punishments is taking another step in modernizing the game, while making it more appealing to a wider audience, by letting you take full control of Sherlock Holmes, and in some cases Watson, or Sherlock’s dog Toby.
Frogwares, developers of the Sherlock Holmes games, is thanking fans and those in the industry who have shown them support and kindness over the last week with some free exclusive behind the scenes content from their Sherlock Holmes games.

"Xbox’s Games with Gold initiative has been a tad disappointing of late. Sure, they’re free games so I’m not going to complain too much. But the quality of those titles has been a little lax. I’ve been waiting for a month where we’ll be given a relatively big game – one that’s packed full of content and has been relatively well received. But, to my surprise, this month we’ll be getting two of them."
Actually, all Xbox 360 games are indeed free. You get to keep them even when your Live membership expires. Since you get 2 of them per month now and made playable on XB1, those are indeed "Free". The only game subscription service that offers Free games so NOTabot is correct.
Next month's free Games with Gold titles will include Lords of the Fallen on Xbox One and the original Borderlands on Xbox 360, according to a new rumour.

Man, this better be true! lords of the fallen would make a killer free game. Borderlands on BC is handy as I have all the DLC, but never actually got round to playing it ( I no longer have the disc, but all the DLC was digital so I should be able to access it all.. Currently have borderlands: handsome collection in my rotation, so this will be handy for my ultimate borderlands gamerscore/completion across all three games.
Lords of the Fallen was one of those games i rented from gamefly, played for about an hour, then hit the eject button and sealed in the envelope.
As i didnt like it, i know some of you might being a gwg game.
Nice I always liked these games , as I enjoy the old Sherlock tv series form the 80s and 90s he actually solves crimes nothing like the xgames Sherlock with iron junkie .

Didn't they learn something from LA NOIRE ?. The voice acting is so bad so its enjoying. Isnt this next gen ?... a great voice acting is nice so it feels realism.
