Theoretically Run Any Android App in Chrome Browser or on ChromeOS

Gaming on Android's Carl Williams writes, "Google has been a little weird with how they handle things concerning their operating systems (OS). On phones we have Android but on the personal computer side there have been at least a couple of options for an OS from the “never do evil” company. Their biggest success has been the ChromeOS that is installed on the, gaining in popularity, ChromeBook line of laptops. On the desktop side, their browser Chrome is popular due to the extensions capability available which adds various usability apps and even games to the browser. Now, thanks to hackers, we can add running Android games and apps to that list of capabilities (something Google is toying with too)."
