Brainy Debuts First Windows Phone VR Videogame at PAX 2014
VRFocus – Virtual reality (VR) on mobile devices is already well established. While VR enthusiasts continue to wait for the Oculus Rift and Project Morpheus VR head-mounted displays (HMD), other companies have already launched a range of mobile-based HMDs that utilise a smartphone’s screen. On top of that, GameFace is developing its own HMD using the Android operating system (OS). But while these mobile devices support both Android and Apple’s iOS, Microsoft’s Windows Phone OS hasn’t seen anything in the way of VR support. That is until now.
