Golf is not, on the face of it, a very complicated game. The equipment is A) a little ball, B) a bunch of sticks, and C) a lovely field with a small hole at its end. Hit A) with the appropriate selection from B) into C), repeat either 8 or 17 times depending on personal time constraints. Tally up number of hits plus any penalties for really screwing things up and that's the whole game. There's nobody trying to jump in your way or knock you over, no clock ticking down to apply extra pressure, and no tricks to make the terrain look like anything other than exactly what it is. So why is something so simple also so hard to play well?

Only played Powerstar Golf and Rory Mcllroy but I really want to check out Dangerous Golf
A good golf game is a must for every system. I remember golf on the 3DO and on the 32x. After that it seems that it turned into a cartoon and not a big fan of tiger woods. Wii U golf is great but with terrable graphics.
The Golf Club VR is now in full swing, as the game steps out of early access and into a full Steam release.
Good read. It sounds like I expected with the charcter customization or lack there of. I asked on twitter if they would be adding extra content rather than standard avatars , to which they said there going to add more clothing, but I was more hoping for maybe using camera to put self in or at least to edit the actual character. Still will buy it but would like to see these implemented (finger crossed)
