Mass Effect PS4 Shows Up on Amazon

Im with you, loved this series. I completed ME 1, and ME 2 twice. Only finished ME 3 once. With that being said, I would actually buy this port for either my XB1 or PS4, simply because I enjoyed the ME3 multiplayer :-)

I've played through the games in the trilogy so many times this doesn't interest me at all, even though Mass Effect is my favorite trilogy in gaming history. I choose for it to live in my memory forever, no remaster for me.

I wouldn't mind to see the Mass Effect trilogy remastered for the PS4 and Xbox One. I only played the first one and would love to play through the original games on my PS4.

I've played through 1 and 2 and they were both brillant games (Loved 2 to death!). I'm enjoying 3 from what I've played so far, though.

I would love to play all three games on PS4.

I've played through the trilogy at least 3 times and would still buy it on PS4.

Despite the disappointing ending, the trilogy is still one of the best of all time. Also, the ending didn't change the fact that the game itself was still very well made, fun, and had an awesome online mode.

I'm ready for this.

It's disgusting that developers are now only doing rereleases! It think this is as bad as it gets! First they milk franchises to not make new IPs, and now they are not even making sequels but old games!!

This is getting out of hand. At least I think it was Andrew House who acknowledged that they can't be making remasters for every game. Hopefully this means that at least Sony will keep doing NEW games.

Naughty Dog said what they learnt from porting the Last of Us is helping them with the technology for Uncharted 4.

Sure, they're re-releasing Halo. You know what else they're making? Halo 5.

Sure, they might be re-releasing Mass Effect. You know what else they're making? a new Mass Effect.

Sure, they re-released The Last of Us. You know what else they're going to make? The Last of Us 2. (Anyone that thinks otherwise is nuts.)

Stop hating on re-releases. You don't have to buy them, and they are still making your sequels and new games. So stop complaining, and most of all, stop overreacting.

Developers haven't stopped making new games and sequels like you claim.

i have tried to like these games but never could. seen my friend play a bunch of the first. played a bit of the seconds mp and sp at a friends and even played the demo for me2. ive tried several times to see why people like it but i cant find it. can someone explain why they are good?

Because some people like story driven RPGs with with an outer space settings. It checked all the right boxes for a lot of people. It may not be for everyone but it was one of my favorite franchises from last Gen.

This is one series that definitely needs to be ported.. The PC version looks awesome but for whatever reason they never added controller support. Makes me so frustrated.

I think the jump between ME3 on PC and 360 is underwhelming, not sure about the other two though. I agree though I would love a release on next gen because I dont have a 360 and the games anymore and I don't want the trilogy version on PS3 because I do not like the casing. I am craving some ME1 and it would be nice to play ME3 MP again

Why is this "mysterious"? It's the already confirmed Mass Effect sequel/prequel/spinoff that will release next year. Placeholder date is because no-one actually knows when it's supposed to release.

It's confirmed we are getting another Mass Effect game, but this could easily be a trilogy remastered game like many rumors are saying. And yes, placeholder dates are used when we don't know the release date...

How do we jump to "remastered trilogy", when there's nothing to indicate that? There is no listing for the confirmed Mass Effect game, so it's only logical to assume this represents the confirmed games.

Otherwise we'd have a listing for "trilogy" or at least a cover.

In which case this would be old news? So either this is a repeat of news released in April, or it's a reiteration of the fact that a new Mass Effect game is coming to Ps4 and Xbox One, the first of which already had a rumor, and the second of which we already know.
