Classic Arcade Gaming Reviews: Let’s Play Arcade #3 – X-Men (1992)
X-Men is an arcade game that was released in 1992 by Konami. It was later ported to Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in 2010. This game was based on the 1989 Pilot of the original X-Men cartoon. This game featured Wolverine, Cyclops, Colossus, Storm, Nightcrawler and Dazzler as playable characters. Some of the arcade cabinets for this game even allowed up to six players at one time.
Let's Play Arcade is a Youtube channel that is dedicated to making review and "let's play" videos of classic coin-op arcade games. All of our videos are recorded on an actual custom built arcade cabinet. We think that reviewing these classic and sometimes forgotten games on the hardware that they were meant to be played on brings a certain level of authenticity that you cannot achieve through emulation.
