Let's face it: hands are… handy, and each pair is slightly different so it's understandable to find different opinions on joypads all across the board. But what if we couldn't use our hands to play our favourite video games?

Well, nobody knows the answer better than Randy Fitzgerald, also known as N0M4D.

For those who don't know, Randy is a disabled pro-gamer who recently turned developer. He was born with Arthrogryposis, a non-genetic disease that causes underdeveloped muscles and frozen joints in the arms and legs.
