I wish I could tell you that I’m a seasoned Magic: The Gathering player. While some people’s experience likely date back to high school, junior high or maybe even grade school, I actually got into the game quite late. I was turned on to it by a friend of a friend about two years ago. I now realize he might as well have given me a hit of crack, because I’m just as addicted to Magic: The Gathering as I would be to any drug. In the past, walking by the card section at Wal-Mart wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t even bat an eye. Now, I’m always looking for that next booster pack fix."
From the review: "Magic 2015 is like taking 2 steps forward and one step back. While true deck building has finally been added, the loss of other modes that have become staples of the series diminishes its overall impact. This is still a solid offering for fans of the classic trading card game. This is about as close to Magic as you can get without actually dealing out the cards."

The Garruk's Revenge expansion was released for Magic 2015: Duels of the Planeswalkers last week. The new additions ended up doing wonders for the game by adding some strong, fun-to-play-with cards while also making it a lot easier to acquire some of the strongest cards in the game that you would've had to pay for previously.
