PS3 emulator on PC working; Xbox 360 still in progress

Until now it has been hard for people to get a working PS3 emulator on PC up and running until now.

Even though it is in it's early stages we will soon be able to play PS3 games on PC. Xbox 360 emulation is still getting worked on but Mantle will help this process go along much faster.
