“Hey, Listen!”

Gamers complain so that their voice can be heard. Frequently, that voice seems to fall on deaf ears, but Ubisoft appears to be changing the tide (at least for its own company). The very fact that Ubisoft is listening to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag's complaints is giving gamers everywhere a new found confidence in the company. Ubisoft might be the latest company to truly listen to criticism, but they definitely are not the first. In fact, many of gaming’s best sequels are the products of a development team that listens to more than just praise.
