More interested in a new 3D Mario than anything else, barring Zelda, ATM. A new Mario Galaxy would be fantastic, especially if they could do similar music to the other Galaxy games instead of the super-generic stuff they've been using with the more recent titles.

I'm loving my WiiU and all, but it has seriously TOO MANY 2D platformers. I know a lot of people are hoping for a Metroid Prime style game, but I personally prefer the classic Super Metroid style... so I'm not really hoping to see any Metroid news.

I would love a classic 2D Metroid too but I am not hoping as well.

Are you kidding man. I loved the music in 3D World. It fit the game perfectly. Can't speak for New Super Mario Bros though but other than that I completely agree with you. Would like to see something other than 2D platformers although I'll admit I loved Tropical Freeze. I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did.

Yeah, Tropical Freeze was fantastic. But still: I think we have enough 2D platformers to last a while now.

3D World had better music than NSMB, which was terrible, but both were a lot less interesting than the Galaxy games. It's not bad, per se--but generic. As in, "could fit any Mario game." Whereas Galaxy had really unique music.

Oh I see what you're saying. I misinterpreted you. Yeah I completely agree that Galaxy had the most unique music and I hope to get a third iteration but I'm sure whatever Nintendo does decide to do will be fantastic.

I'm content with what they have already buuuuuuuuuut. Something from metroid will be more than welcome! Zelda Williams will confirm this :)
