French RPG Shiness is a manga in motion, coming in 2015

Upcoming RPG Shiness by French studio Ynnis Interactive is pretty. Absurdly pretty. Like, pretty to the point that we just wrote a poem we'd like to share. Ahem. "Shiness: Shall we compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more colorful and possessing at least one giant sky-whale with a forest on its back - which frankly, ain't something you see everyday, summer or otherwise."
We encourage people to invest in Shiness at their kickstarter page; this is one to keep your eye on and not miss out.

I just don't see it. Maybe I am missing something, but it looks like it could have been done on PS2 and certainly PS3. It looks like an interesting game though, but I actually (only an opinion) don't think the art direction is all that great.

Well, its an indie game, so the production values will naturally be lower on account of the budget. But really, its refreshing to see something that isn't a damn pixel-art game. This is definitely worth checking out.i

We must also remember it is in pre-alpha stages and if they receive additional funding they can continue to support and improve the game.
