Sony’s updating PS4 ShareFactory Lip Sync. Final 15 unrecorded minutes will be fixed

The video editing suite for Playstation 4, ShareFactory, will be updated in the next days. Stuart Platt, Sr. Producer and Sony Computer Entertainment working on ShareFactory declared they will reveal more details soon.

Ok let me explain than.

The PS3 is able to play MP3 files, the PS4 can't.
The PS3 able to play various video files via usb or external hdd the PS4 can't.
The PS3 is able to play PS1 and PS2 games (older models) the PS4 can't.
The PS3 can have custom themes/wallpapers the PS4 can't.
The PS3 can be organized with folders so you don't have an endless list of shit in front of you, the PS4 can't.
The PS3 is still a much better blu-ray player than the PS4.
The PS3 can play 3D blu-ray the PS4 can't.
The PS3 shows you when your friends sign up or off PSN, the PS4 doesn't.

I think I'm missing some things but I hope you get the point.

A little work around i've actually found can hold you till its fixed:

- When you start a game make sure to open the Share menu (single fast press on the Share button) and now it should be recording the whole session of your gameplay :)

OR

- Double press the Share button when you start a game and it will start recording the whole gameplay as well.

And sadly I have lost some good moments as well one of them: 2 melees in the row from above in KZ: Shadow Fall :(

They should fix the ds4 vibration glitch! I have to turn vibration off and on again everytime I switch ps4 on for it to work!!!

Oh wow, the SHAREfactory team is gonna work on the issue of no video being recorded? Well, there app runs fast and smooth, so I guess I rather they do it than the current code monkeys on the PS4 UI team. I'm glad it's atleast being mentioned, with how many awesome moments I lost cuz of it. The problem got 10x worse after 1.7, it's like it only records for me every 3rd time on average.

Though, I'm mainly playing COD, and I heard a few people saying it may happen more in COD for some reason. Dunno why that'd be, but I don't put it past crappy COD devs to have done some dumb stuff to mess things up when playing the game.

Whatever though, the Sony Vegas team seem pretty badass, so glad they're working on more stuff other than just SHAREfactory.

Once that issue is fixed once 'n for all, they need to hurry with that damn Music App so we can listen while playing games, and also give us the damn media server. I'm sick of my PS3 having so many large trump cards over my PS4. I know they wanna sell and hook people into as many Music/Video Unlimited subscriptions while we have no other options.

That's not something Sony should do though, especially if they're trying to show they aren't anti-consumer greedy f*cks like Microsoft, that pay walls everything. LOL @ them trying to change after all these years, like no one will remember how long you were pieces of sh*t for Microsoft. Go ahead and unpaywall the apps and stuff, it doesn't matter, you still ripped people off for over a decade. F*cking original Xbox in '03, I payed for Live to play Capcom vs SNK 2. Why I had to pay a subscription to go into a game, back when there was no Xbox dashboard or anything, and play a p2p game vs someone - I'll never know. Microsoft corrupted so many companies with all this $$$ DLC crap and setting the standards for excessively overpricing DLC items. Now companies like Crapcom, and Shamco can't help themselves, they were already known for milking franchises, it just made them so concerned with Day 1 $$ DLC and new ways to rob people, that these companies went to total sh*t. ~ Sorry for the rant.
