Just a few days ago Curve Digital released Titan Attacks! on PS4, PS3 and PS Vita, also including cross-buy in the deal, and apparently the game sold a whole lot more on Sony’s new console than on the veteran PS3 despite the difference in installed base, as the developer shared on Twitter, defining cross-buy an "absolute savior" in these cases.
PS Asia writes:
One Day, Titan Attacks on PlayStation come true.
Titan Attacks is a game made by Puppy Games and ported by Curve Digital. This game was inspired by the Space Invaders, Galaga, and retro arcade space shooters of the late 70s to early 80s. Beginning its life on the PC in 2006, the game was ported to the Vita, PS4, and Xbox One in May of last year. 10 months later, the game has finally arrived on the 3DS. Is Titan Attacks as timeless as Pink Floyd, or is it completely outdated like Disco?
Hardcore Gamer: An all-new Humble Bundle is released and it gets you an impressive selection of things across all tiers.
Cross-buy is a saint sent from the heavens!
I think this is mostly due to the PS4 having very little choice in games.
Enjoyed this more on Vita than on ps4 , good Invaders game.
People really want new hardware.
Oh , and the ps4 store loads quicker and generally the gamers with more disposable cash is on ps4 than on ps3 . A new game on the ps4 store is also a rare sight.
