Openings in Mega Man games, perhaps among others, have been getting the short end of the musical stick in America for years now. Tired of it all, The Mega Man Network and Kombo’s David Oxford, Atomic Fire’s Heatman, and Rockman.EXE Online’s Ryouko show how a little more upbeat music (that doesn’t have to be Japanese) can jazz up a fairly tepid intro in Capcom’s Mega Man X8.
